PAYMENT
Payment is via bank transfer.
Payment is due 60 days prior to your stay.
CANCELLATIONS
- less than 60 days prior but more than 30 days you will receive a 50% refund
- less than 30 days prior to your stay, there is no refund
Please consider buying travel insurance for your trip.
HOUSE RULES
- Check in is at 3pm, check out at 10am. Late check outs may be possible and will be accorded if available.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
- Air conditioning is in the bedrooms. Windows and doors in the bedrooms and bathrooms must be closed when using and air conditioner turned off when bedrooms not in use.
- Smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
